The Project
We understand how you feel. Like many international doctors, we recognise the significant challenges and costs involved in preparing for the UKMLA. That’s why our founder, Dr. Lucas, a former PLAB examinee, developed an online acute patient simulator designed to help candidates prepare for this scenario at home and reduce the expenses related to PLAB preparation.

Our Mission
We aim to provide the best online, cost-effective simulators so that UKMLA examinees feel better prepared for their examination.
I invested a considerable amount of time, effort, and money into travel and courses to prepare for PLAB 2. I believe that online simulators could greatly benefit many aspiring candidates by offering them the support and guidance they need to succeed while also saving money!
